Caroline has a diverse background in academia, research, editing, education, training, therapeutic interventions, operational management and strategic development, and has publications in English language and literature, palaeography, health & social care, personal growth and psychology.

Her experience and education have given Caroline a broad perspective and range of skills, alongside a sense of humour, innate optimism and an ability to identify and resolve challenges. Problems and obstructions are her favourites!

A commitment to high quality, efficiency, honesty, transparency and sustainability underpins her approach and she will listen intently to understand fully your requirements and ensure synergy as you work together.
